Wellness Boot Camp – 6 Day

We are not the typical Boot Camp facility. We are here to help teach you how to turn your life round. We will set you up for life.  With a mixture of Personal Training, Goal setting, Endermologie and nutrition advice you will leave with all the knowledge you need to continue your healthy lifestyle at home.

When I first came to see Lisa, at Outline, I was 111kg – my heaviest – and I wanted to get in control of my weight issues that I had battled since I was a teenager.
So I came to Outline for a week long “BOOT CAMP” to kick me into shape – well to break me and my bad habits. I learned about exercise and eating right – I didn’t want to be yo-yo dieting for the rest of my life, I wanted to make healthier life choices.
After my week, I went home and kept to what I had learnt and the weight started coming off. With all the exercise and healthy eating I was doing, I was getting fitter and so I felt better and it become easier, which encouraged me on.
Now nearly a year on I have lost 25 kg. It wasn’t always easy, but when I got to a plateau, Lisa was there to give me the support I needed and advice to help get me through and I thank her for that.

Day 3 = 2 one Hour Personal Training sessions & 1 Hour nutrition/Life coaching/Goal setting

Day 4 = 2 one Hour Personal Training sessions & 1 Hour nutrition/Life coaching/Goal setting

Day 5 – 2 one Hour Personal Training sessions & 1 Hour nutrition/Life coaching/Goal setting. 1 Full Body Endermologie session.

Day 6 = 2 one Hour Personal Training sessions & 1 Hour nutrition/Life coaching/Goal setting.

Endermologie is a massage technology developed in France more than 10 years ago and was initially designed as a medical treatment for pain, muscle spasms and for minimising muscle strain. Massage techniques such as Endermologie manipulate muscles and connective tissue when a trained therapist rubs and presses tissues of the body. Endermologie is like a total detox. The perfect treatment to add to the week.

  • Improve circulation (up to 400%) through stimulation of muscle tissues meaning healthier tissues overall, as well as up to 300% improvement of lymphatic drainage.
  • Elimination of fatigue caused by waste products from muscles
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Pain reduction (through stimulation of endorphins to be released by the brain, which are natural pain killers)
  • Improved joint mobility from the stretching of muscles through massage

Personal Training will consist of some kick ass sessions teaching you about exercise, how to do things properly and how to continue with it all at home.

Nutrition will consist of everything from a walk through the supermarket going through the food groups to goal setting and leading you in the right direction to take on a new journey with includes an overall healthy lifestyle!
