The Corporate/Group Health And Wellness Program..

The program  is a health service that helps businesses and individuals attain one of the greatest gifts of all–that of good health. Personal gains, such as improved self-esteem and self-motivation, combined with measurable benefits will create tremendous advantages for everybody not to mention some team bonding.

The program combines both health-promotion and exercise-related activities to facilitate positive lifestyle changes!

We are here to help your team improve cardiovascular fitness, guide them in the right direction with nutrition, tone up, decrease body fat and most importantly to implement healthy lifestyle choices!

We focus on providing a personalized service that will enhance your overall wellbeing.

The programs are designed to teach you and your group about healthy lifestyle changes. Education provided will include nutrition, fitness training, detox massage and body maintenance. We will analyze what you are all currently eating and learn how to make positive changes to your eating habits. You will learn what, how and when to eat healthily. The program will include goal setting, injury prevention strategies, and an action plan that will map the way
to success!

Day 1 = 2 two Hour Personal Training sessions & 2 Hour Nutrition/Life coaching/Goal setting & 30 minute Endermologie Treatment

Day 2 = 2 two Hour Personal Training sessions & 2 Hour nutrition/Life coaching/Goal setting & 30 minute Endermologie Treatment.

Endermologie is a massage technology developed in France more than 10 years ago and was initially designed as a medical treatment for pain, muscle spasms and for minimising muscle strain. Massage techniques such as Endermologie manipulate muscles and connective tissue when a trained therapist rubs and presses tissues of the body. Endermologie is like a total detox. The perfect treatment to add to the week.

  •          Improve circulation (up to 400%) through stimulation of muscle tissues meaning healthier tissues overall, as well as up to 300% improvement of lymphatic drainage.
  •         Elimination of fatigue caused by waste products from muscles 
  •         Muscle relaxation 
  •         Pain reduction (through stimulation of endorphins to be released by the brain, which are natural pain killers)
  •         Improved joint mobility from the stretching of muscles through massage

Personal Training will consist of some kick butt sessions teaching you about exercise, how to do things properly and how to continue with it all at home.

Nutrition will consist of everything from going through the food groups to goal setting and leading you in the right direction to take on a new journey with includes an overall healthy lifestyle!

Cost Per person = $258, does not include accommodation & food. 

What To Bring:

Walking shoes (2 pairs as one may get wet)
Light sports wear
Rain jacket
Comfortable clothing for both warm and cooler weather
Toiletries
Swimwear
A journal or paper and pen

 
What not to bring:

Cigarettes – this could be your opportunity (if you are a smoker)to give them up.
Non-prescription drugs
Alcohol
If you do bring Magazines and books try and make it relevant and supportive to your goals.
