Our fun and friendly classes are open to ALL shapes and sizes, from absolute beginners through to more advanced levels.
Kick Fit helps reduce and relieve stress. Its rigorous workout and can do wonders for feelings of frustration and anger. Kick Fit can also help to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. It’s an all over wonder workout for kids, teenagers and adults!
Kick Fit is also a great way to get a total body workout while learning simple self defence moves. Taking part of a Kick Fit class will leave you feeling more empowered and confident than ever before.
Classes run on school terms ** Prices differ per term.
Classes run in groups of four or five people
4 people per session = $12 each per class
5 people per session = $10 each per class
