Women don’t tend to have as much time as men to exercise ie with work, home duties, kids etc but we need to allocate time to exercise. Exercise goes hand in hand with diet and weight loss. Women genetically tend to carry more body fat. Overall however, the rate at which fat is lost is genetic. Some people can simply lose fat faster than others. Some people simply carry more fat than others in different areas on their body.
True, the correct workout plan is important, as is diet, but it’s a genetics thing.
